Outside , it looked like a small gym room for rent. I was surprised that after going in, it was a huge underground shelter with individual gym rooms and had wifi in it. They even had a water dispenser! Coach and I had good training and privacy to finish the session. It is an awesome place for me! :)

This place is great if you wish to have a private workout session to yourself (or with an additional 1pax). There are four different pods to choose from. Initially I was worried about the smell (with the location being underground) but there was nothing to be concerned about ultimately. Do note that there is limited network connection so you might not receive any text messages or calls. Pros: - A toilet is available - Wi-Fi service is provided - Equipment is well-maintained - Affordable pricing relative to other places (please keep it that way) Cons: - No water dispenser so do bring your own water bottles - There is no app designed as of yet so you will have to make a booking through their website. The UI design in the website may be a little troublesome when booking a session (e.g. you will have to make two separate bookings if you wish to book for two hours)

ArkPod is the perfect solution for you - there are four rooms with different configurations in one location that are guaranteed to give you gainz (or at least a mirror to perfect your #fitspo selfie). Did I mention that it's perfect for introverts? No more accidental eye contact with your swolemate across the room - what more can a girl ask for? Good for: Busy humans looking for an efficient and affordable solution to strength training. Configurations include rooms with squat rack options for you to get low and crash pads should you wanna get heavy. Free weights with bench are also available. Please note that it is BYOS (Bring/Be Your Own Spotter). Not for: People looking for classes, a coach or a gym with sauna and shower facilities.

Gym smells nice. A room all to yourself. No one to hog the equipments. Affordable price to rent per hour. Now they have toilets but no shower facilities. I think it's good enough as compared to last time.
