Anytime Fitness Woodgrove

A great gym. Stocked with a diversity of machines, free weights and cardio machines. The cardio is located away from the strength section. Clean and adequately provisioned shower rooms (two) and amenities. The gym is well designed and machines are spaced adequately apart. Clean and most importantly, the machines are well maintained and all of them are in great condition. Staff is very welcoming, cheery and bubbly, making each visit fun and positive. My goto gym definitely!

It was my first visit there this morning. Was greeted by the club manager Teety. She was extremely welcoming for me to visit the gym, we had a great chat! Equipment in the gym was great, machine are from life fitness! Good usage of space for all the equipment! Love it there!!

AF woodgrove is a great place to work out. With good positive vibes. Well maintained equipments and the gym is always very clean. Location of the gym is very accessable and surrounded with good amenities. The gym consists of very friendly and approachable staff willing to assist you to the best of their abilities. Also a big thanks to their Fitness manager Khus for always giving advice and tips, and always supporting where it's necessary. AF Woodgrove is a recommended place to workout and meet new people.

Signed up for a few years now. Love the family-vibe in the gym, the staffs are courteous, they greet you by name and would always take the time to strike up a conversation or two. I've also signed up Personal Trainer packages with Ifah who never fails to motivate me and make me feel better about myself. There are definitely instances when I'm not consistent with the training but never once did Ifah make me feel bad about it. She simply spurs you to do better each time you manage to spare the time and effort. The Zumba classes provided are comparable to outside sessions, if not not better. All in all, going back to THIS gym feels like friends reunion every single time.
