AF here may be small, but it has everything needed for a solid daily workout. The equipment is well-maintained, and the space is always clean and well-kept. What stands out most is the friendly gym community—unlike some other gyms in Singapore, this location has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy for beginners to start their fitness journey with confidence.

I’ve been here for a year and a half. Best timings to come are weekend mornings, and weekdays 11pm. The machines are in good condition, and glad they have upgraded and brought in more cable machines. The customer service is pleasant and the coaches are very helpful if you ask them even if you are not their client. I’ve doubled the weights I carry since then and I consider this place my meditation space during off peak hours mentioned above. The place is hygienic too with every member having the habit of sanitizing the machines are use.
