Price : 2025 price is SGD $1144.50 for 8 facial sessions . Facial Service: Good. Necessary extraction were done neatly, though can be painful. Products used did not cause any bad reaction, was pleasant. Facial therapist was very fast, understand that she's busy so expect her to finished the job asap. If come on weekday morning that's not busy , she let me soaked my feet. Dedicated lockers to keep your things which I like . Toilet was also nice. The place definitely has a good spa feel with soothing music and well thought aromatherapy, felt like I was transported to Bali. It helps to reduce stress. Enjoyed the warm dessert offered at the end of the session. (All this for refering to Tampines outlet only) Service attitude: Staff at Tampines outlet were caring ,thank you. I come back because of you ladies. You can nicely reject if they try to push sales to you and if they try again , just say no, and they will say ok. Thankfully no black face. Cons : Counter staff ( not the Tampines outlet but other outlet) tried to sell the $3000 package (in credits system) without offering other options . Only when they sense you are not keen then they offer you other more affordable options . To improve: price transparency and stop pushy sales tactics. Customer service should understand people has hard earned money too. However overall attitude of counter staff has been courteous.

My first time Amore Define with my god daughter for swedish massage. Love the ambience and the service . Awesome service from the start , Jessie , Vivian and my massage therapist Amanda . While waiting for our room they serve us hot ginger tea freshly made by them, love the ginger tea. Before massage,they make us soak our feet in warm water, how I wish there were rose petals in it. After the session they served us again the ginger tea and green bean soup for our dessert. I really enjoyed it , next round I will book 90mins because today slot 31st Oct the spa is fully book The room is very clean, smell good and they play soothing music in the room. Massage wise , my therapist is Amanda, not bad, every part of my body was done pretty well. The only feedback is that I wish the massage therapist could have gently inform me that they are leaving the room to get the hot towel for our feet because after the massage she just left the room and I thought the session ended but I was still laying on bed hahaha. She did return back to the room and wipe my feet with warm cloth and finished up by putting me back in a seating position and last massage on my back with the towel on. But overall I'm satisfied, will come back for the 90mins session.

Ladies only gym. Only one studio, different timing different workouts. And hardly see any cleaner cleaning the studio, and the studio gym's items including yoga mats. Membership is quite pricey as well. Most of the instructors are friendly.
