Allkin Singapore’s Family Service Centre @ Punggol 616 is a community-based touchpoint where neighbours become a support network. Beyond one-to-one help, our team nurtures resident-led connections—matching people by needs and strengths, facilitating friendships and mutual aid, and then stepping back so support grows from within the neighbourhood. Initiatives such as a monthly food distribution in a nearby rental block and the resident-managed Healthy Indulgence Programme Fridge at our Punggol 616 centre reflect this community-centric approach, creating longer-term, community-led support alongside formal casework. At Allkin Singapore (formerly AMKFSC), we open doors to a brighter tomorrow by strengthening bonds and building resilience within the family. Founded in 1978 as Singapore’s first Family Service Centre, we welcome individuals and families of any age, race, or background, creating a safe, conducive environment where all are equal, valued, and supported to thrive. At Punggol 616, we journey with residents facing socio-emotional, financial, and family-related challenges. The centre provides casework and counselling, intake and triage to connect you with relevant resources and partners, groupwork that builds peer support and learning, and community initiatives that help neighbours look out for one another. Open to residents in Punggol, we walk alongside families toward meaningful and sustainable change. As part of Allkin Singapore, whose programmes span life stages and needs, our work at Punggol 616 is grounded in the same belief: when people feel seen, supported, and connected, they can thrive.
