I have been going to Adept for years. The premises are always clean but not super modern. But, I go for the good massages. I get both full body and foot reflexology.
It’s nothing fancy in terms of ambience but it gets the job done. I have been going to alleviate my frozen shoulder and improve mobility. I have a few different people work on it and though they have all done different massages they have all helped!
Only Will is genuinely good. Request for Will, especially if you have sore body.
Uncle Anson back massage is good.
