Was feeling frustrated that my diet wasn’t working out post pregnancy. Found out about AB on Instagram and decided to give it a try after reading positive reviews. The staff are friendly and the sessions were enjoyable. I was expecting the sessions to be painful (based on traditional TCM experience) but it was surprisingly bearable. Been here for 10 sessions and I can see results. Location is good and convenient. Would recommend if you are struggling with postpartum weight loss.

I visited Absolute many years ago and decided to return to shed some weight. The gua sha treatments are effective and allows eating healthily. The therapists are friendly, knowledgeable and provide guidance in losing weight coupled with the treatment. Highly recommended!

Visited AW with the intent of a body reset. The treatments are highly effective and comfortable. Inculcated healthy eating habits in the course of the treatments. The Duo Galleria team is wonderful, always encouraging and they are with you at every step of the journey. It has been a year and the weight has stayed off. Am glad I took the first step. Definitely recommend AW if you are looking for a reset for the new year.

I met up with my friend 1 month ago & I was shocked when she told me she lost 8kg in AB.
