Was motivated by my friend who tried. It has been difficult trying to lose the kilos after delivery 5 years ago. Tried various methods but are not lasting and definitely not all natural as I had to take shakes, supplements and diet control. At Absolute Wellness, I didnt have to take any supplements, was not on any machine. Only cupping and scraping which is TCM based and most importantly eating only unprocessed food. I lost 5kgs after 5weeks into the programme. Very happy with my result. The staffs at Dhoby Ghaut were very friendly and encouraging too. It was a joy seeing them every week.

Decided to give Absolute Wellness a try after seeing my friend successfully slim down. Having lost approx. 3.5kg since starting treatment 3 weeks ago. The friendly and supportive staff at the Bugis outlet make my weight loss journey a enjoyable one.

Have been trying to reduce my weight for the longest time but was not successful. Due to doctor’s instructions I had to lose at least 5 kg. Met the absolute wellness team in Duo Galleria first week of December. They were very patient and clear with their explanation about the treatment journey. After 2 weeks, I managed to lose almost 3 kg but need to follow the food menu recommended which will give the best results. Not a difficult program to follow and highly recommend the program to anyone who would like to shave a few kilos off.

Love going for treatments at OUE downtown outlet as the staff are so friendly, professional and always providing great service. No hard sales. Tried all methods to slim down - exercise, diet etc but to no avail. Can’t believe absolute wellness did it in the natural way and I lost 5.5kg in 5 months. Maintaining well with no rebound.
