Aberdeen Sports Centre

Aberdeen Sports Centre is a fully indoor, community sports and fitness hub serving Aberdeen since 1983. It supports personal goals and group activities alike with bookable facilities and a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere, alongside a calendar of monthly sports and recreation programmes. Highlights include a multi‑purpose arena that can be set for basketball, volleyball or multiple badminton courts; a 165 m² fitness room for independent workouts; a squash court that converts for table tennis or multi‑purpose use; dedicated table‑tennis and activity rooms; and two dance studios with wall mirrors, barres, mats and sound equipment. There’s also a 130 m² children’s playroom and on‑site amenities such as changing rooms, lockers, a fast‑food kiosk and first aid. The centre is designed for accessibility, with accessible toilets and changing, an accessible lift with an assistive listening system, tactile guide paths, a visual fire alarm system and Braille directory maps. It welcomes both individuals and organisations to book space for training, classes, and community sport.
