My hair has usually been dry for N years. Based on the before-and-after photos Joseph took last week, I’ve always felt that no treatment could keep my hair smooth for long—after just two days, a wash would bring it back to square one. After washing my hair on Saturday, I didn’t have much hope for smooth, manageable hair again. But to my surprise, even after washing, my hair still felt different! I followed your advice to blow-dry it with the dryer pointing downward, and over the past few days, my colleagues have noticed the change and complimented me on how much better my hair looks compared to before. I’m so happy! Thank you for the treatment! I truly believe that good things come at a price, but this was definitely worth it! The first 2 photos were taken last week, and the 3rd I took it today. I just blow dry, no styling done at all.

He really took the time to listen to what I wanted, asked about my hair and lifestyle, and gave me honest advice on what would work best. While working on my hair, he kept me in the loop about each step, which I really appreciated. The final result (after about five hours) was great! I was hoping for a bit more noticeable highlights, but when he showed me the before-and-after pics, I could see he did an awesome job. He also assured me the color should stay nice without fading to yellow as long as I maintain it properly. If the color holds up, I’d definitely go back to Joseph again!"
