99 Percent Hair Studio @ Haji Lane

I visited this hair salon on 22 March after reading some great online reviews, and I’m happy to say it lived up to the hype! The shop was easy to find, and being located in Haji Lane, the area was buzzing with energy, filled with interesting shops and people on a lively Saturday afternoon. My haircut was done by Jordan Heng, and I also opted for a hair color and treatment. The service was attentive, and I appreciated that the products used were gentle on my hair. I especially loved how my hair felt after washing—soft, smooth, and easy to manage. Though the salon space wasn’t huge, it was thoughtfully designed and had everything needed for a comfortable experience. From the moment I was seated, the staff provided water, biscuits, and even the WiFi password. They also took the time to orient me to the space, pointing out the toilet location and introducing me to the tablet at my seat, which I could use for entertainment or even to charge my phone. Overall, a fantastic experience with great service and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend this salon and would love to return!

I had my first appointment with Jaron and I couldn't be more impressed! He made me feel comfortable and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. Jaron gave great suggestions and really worked with me to achieve a style that I absolutely love. He even taught me how to style my hair at home. I highly recommend Jaron to anyone looking for a skilled, professional stylist. I will definitely be coming back!

The hair wash was a highlight for me, with just the right water temperature and a relaxing massage that left me feeling pampered. This salon is very efficient, warm and professional. Jordan was my hair stylist and he was skilled at achieving the hairstyle I wanted which was a big change from the long hair I usually have. He was patient in his explanations and knowledgeable about what would fit my face and hair type. I had concerns about my white hair, and he advised me on a hair colour that would address these concerns without damaging my hair further. I felt reassured despite my initial worries about a big hair change. The other stylists that supported him were also very kind and warm. One of them gave me good advice at how to style my hair on a daily basis to maintain the look I like

First time at visiting and really love my new hairstyle by Jaron Liu. He’s patience and explained to me the texture of my hair and suit what type of style. Love the washing part by Xin as she uses the right strength during the washing & massage. Will visit again for sure!
