Two floors 8000 sq feet area with lots of machines. Car parking next door at the Amoy Plaza, shopping mall next door.
Largest 247 fitness I’ve been to so far. 2 storey gym, fully equipped with different machines and free weights. A lot of machines for the lower body, with 4 squat racks and 4 platforms. Also, includes a female only area, boxing area and a small outdoor area. A bit crowded at times. Washroom acceptable hygiene.
Large space, great free weight/crossfit area. Interior lighting requires improvement. Overall a very comprehensive gym with even a track for Tyre flip. Just a little too far from MTR and the only available parking is at Amoy Plaza next door.
This shop has a great sense of space and a complete range of fitness equipment.
