Great experience at 24/7 Fitness Keat Hong CC. Range of equipments like Gym80, LifeFitness and Hammer Strength. Personal favourites will be the Cybex Hack Squat and the Gym80 Pendulum Squat. Really recommend 👍. The owners Hassan & Hafa were also very helpful and friendly.

I’ve been going to this gym for a while, and overall, it’s a great place to work out. The space is large, well-maintained, and always clean. There’s a wide variety of equipment available, so I rarely have to wait to use anything. The receptionist is also very friendly and helpful, which makes for a welcoming experience. One thing to note is that it can get a bit noisy at times, as some people tend to chat loudly. Personally, I prefer a quieter environment for workouts, so this is a slight downside for me. However, if you enjoy a more social atmosphere, this might be a great place to connect with others. Overall, a solid gym with good facilities

Been working out at this gym for almost 9 months now, i can definitely say if you live nearby and wanted to sign up for gym, this is it. Staffs and gym goers are friendly and willing to lend you a hand anytime.

I've been a member of Gymboxx (now 24/7 fitness) for ~ 4 years and I don't intend to switch for the foreseeable future. The staff here are really friendly (especially Uncle Hassan who makes it a point to always say hi!), they are constantly upgrading their equipment and space based on feedback (since I've joined, they've added new machines and renovated the space to include a warmup area), and I don't ever feel like I'm being upsold or pushed to e.g. get personal training services. Will recommend Gymboxx to anyone staying near the area!

this gym is my new 2nd home. it can get a bit crowded sometimes but just have to avoid the crowds hahaha. gym managers are also so lovely and friendly, even brought in little sweets for some of us who tend to have low blood sugar. love the community here and what they’ve built! 🫶🫶
