Largest indoor gym in HK with Hyrox equipment. Beautiful weight-lifting machines and big free-weights area! I would have rated this as 5 stars if it wasn’t so far away!
試業第一天過黎參觀下，空間非常大，部分大型器械之間距離足夠，唔會好迫同影響到其他人，而部分地方仍見工人組裝新器械，相信仲會有唔少器材添置，可見器械多元化。見有pilates專用房間，未知係咪可隨意使用。不過剛開張，裝修氣味仍有，相信要時間等氣味消淡，或可能暫時要用其他方法減低氣味影響。見rack架區設置在另一邊，相信方便到練挺舉抓舉嘅人係摔槓個陣唔會影響到器械區嘅人，呢個安排係幾好。
大興邨人有福了🥳🥳無論場地定機種都達到美歐Top 1健身室級數 而且仲有大量空位未擺機 期待未來更多新型機種 喺度齋搵機都差唔多等於做帶氧咁濟🤣🤣 …
I think this is probably the best gym I have been to. The hyrox area is great. It has lots of squat racks. hundreds of machines. Good cardio options. I didn't see the pilates area, but it's not surprising; it's a huge gym. Changing areas are nice and spacious. I just wish it wasn't in Tuen Mun!
