12 Hair Salon

photos here are taken 4 months apart. I went to 12 hair salon 4 months ago for a hair transformation as my previous salon kept insisting on dyeing my hair dark brown to cover my grey hairs. I came solely based on reviews + it was a big perk that I could use my CDC vouchers. I wanted a lighter, more natural and easier to maintain "grey blending" look. Sean and his team were able to deliver even though I know it must have been hard to remove all that very dark pigment build up in my hair and give me highlights. after bleaching, my hair was also not really damaged. it was easy to manage. I didn't need any maintenance for the hair except for monthly root touch up. I went back to the salon a few days ago for hair treatment. Sean recommended something called Vokanic treatment that's supposed to be better than keratin. I did keratin 3 times before and it was less effective after each cycle so I was open to trying this new treatment. I also told Sean that I trusted his advice. Sean did not hard sell but I felt called to buy the shampoo and conditioner to prolong the effects of my treatment. I washed my hair today at home and with only minimal styling, my hair was soft and manageable. Really grateful for the solid recommendation and service from Sean and team. Will keep coming back.

chanced upon their Instagram and took a leap of faith 🫶🏻 safe to say, they got my back :) extremely dedicated and patient. We sat down for 8hrs to achieve this !! Thanks Colin and Sean for sharing so much knowledge with me and making me look beautiful :)! What an art:)!

Sean was incredibly welcoming and helpful in recommending the best perm for my hair. He was meticulous throughout the process and kept me informed of every step. At the end of the appointment, he also gave me tips on how to make my curls last longer. My hair felt healthier and even looked more vibrant, with my hair color standing out more!

Super friendly and even though it was already way past closing time, but he was still very thorough and detailed in everything. Would like to thank Colin for helping me with my new hair perm makeover! My appointment was a bit last minute and he made sure to do a proper job with my perm even when it was after the shop’s opening hours! I’ve never dared to get bangs but with his skills it turned out great. P.S. Booked an appointment for the $159 promo, but after the hair stylist’s examination determined my hair would be too dry, and had to upgrade… for others to be aware Otherwise, was still happy and satisfied with the service!
